This company is great. Months ago I ordered this hat and it came in a bit scratched up. I emailed customer service seeing if I could swap or get reimbursed, but I never heard back. Going through my voice mails today (which I hardly do..not proud) I found out that they likely weren’t able to get through my email without it going to spam. They left me a very kind voicemail explaining the likely issue and they were happy to replace my item, sending a return label via snail mail or email if I could find it in my spam.
Long story short, I love this customer service. I don’t think I ever had a company put in the effort to give me a call before :)
