For any exchanges or returns we offer a 30 day return policy on unopened and unworn products.

Please email customerservice@coalatree.com for refund authorization.
GIft Cards are nonreturnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without an RMA.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
