This is my “go to” outdoor blanket for all things under the sun and stars. It’s self contained, diverse and easy to pack which makes it so convenient to grab and go, even if it’s just running down to the beach or to the park with the family.

The Kachula is in my pack literally everywhere I go. The rain in Hawaii didn't stand a chance and the snow in the mountains couldn't break through the ripstop nylon, DWR waterproofing. Packability is a huge thing for me and this fits right in that category.

I've used my Kachula up and down the coast of Oregon and Washington, and love its multiple uses—it can be used as a blanket, a poncho, or packed away as a pillow—perfect for any adventure.

I found a good shake would get the dirt off after a day of dragging it around at the crag. This made it great for keeping packs, gear, and dogs out of the mud.

Hey, all you overlanders: this is what you want in the back of your Tacoma. Made from ripstop nylon with a durable water-repellent coating, it’s my first choice when I have to lay down and change a tire in the rain, snow, or mud. The striped earth-tone patterns also look good laid across sandstone in Moab. When packed up, it sits somewhere between the Victory and Mexican blankets in terms of size.

Whether you’re hanging out around a campfire, trying to stay warm in your tent at base camp, or just enjoying a spring evening by the lake, the difference between comfort and hardship can be made or broken by the presence of a good blanket. There are very few blankets that are built with adventure in mind and even fewer that are versatile enough to remain useful in unforeseen or unexpected circumstances. The Kachula Adventure Blanket has got you covered on both fronts.

Eric Caman, Bespoke Box Review (not an Ambassador)

It’s a super durable blanket. It’s lightweight, waterproof, dirt-resistant, and nylon – so it’s ideal for the outdoors. Extra bonus, it’ll double as a pillow when you pack it into the pouch.

    Great Buy!

My boyfriend has been talking about this for a couple months and really wanted it for his birthday. Although I don’t get the hype, he is OBSESSED. He travels for work on a cargo plane and it’s perfect for him to be comfortable at all times. The poncho feature is by far his favorite and the design is very cute!

    Outdoor heaven

We had the Ziggy blanket. We took it to outdoor concerts, used it on the river, road tripped with it, and had a picnic. My husband took it on his Desolation a river trip. It rained!!! He commented how the blanket really worked and kept him dry! He was astonished how well it kept him dry. Unpacking from the trip, he could not find the blanket. So we ordered a new one to replace it. I'm wishing he finds his old blanket so we now have 2!!!!

This is our go to whenever we head to the dog beach. It's great for repelling sand and water. Highly recommend!

    Must be good!

I recently just purchased my 4th blanket. I’ve given them as gifts and they are such a nice gift! These blankets have been used on many camping and hiking trips!! A must have for your go bag for picnics, camping and road trips!

    Festival worthy.

I took this to a camping festival this weekend. Held up to the abuse. The fabric is more tightly knit so it’s not really a “cozy” blanket. It’s a durable and useful blanket.

    Very happy with this blanket

I'm a bit of a blanket collector. Especially outdoor, camping blankets. I like this one a lot. Got it at a great price and it looks great. I like the light weight, yet strong materials. Great for inside the tent or in the vestibule. I might get the Puffy blanket next for winter camping.

    Love it!

So many practical uses for this blanket. I’ve fit an entire family of 4 on this blanket, we all couldn’t lounge, but better than being on dirt. I really wish this came in a kid size. My kiddos are in forest/nature schools and outdoor camps and this would be so useful.
