An excellent jacket

Really like the fit and quality of this jacket. Haven't yet had the opportunity to wear it in the rain but it also makes a great windbreaker for when these early spring days require a light jacket.

Great Coat

What a great coat! We hike all the time and love our coats just pre ordered the new pants / shorts. Thank you for making such a superior product.

Awesome buy

I've been searching out a rain coat for a few months. My girlfriend has a Patagonia Torrentshell and I was very jealous of it when we hiked the Overland Track. The Barrage Technical Shell is, in almost all regards, the same protection and weight as the Torrentshell. But, I feel better buying the Barrage Technical Shell after reading more about Coalatree's ethical practices. And, the Barrage is a few bucks cheaper. It's been keeping me dry in the wet of Australia without feeling like a hot box, and that's no easy feat. Win, win, win, all around.

Backpacking Essential

I bought the Coalatree Puffy years ago, and to this day it's still my absolute favorite puffy jacket. After looking extensively for a new lightweight packable, durable, ultra waterproof backpacking jacket, I found out that Coalatree had just started producing one. It's a must have in my pack from now on, and I seriously don't even know its there it packs so dang small. I've worn it in all types of rain conditions this summer here in the Pacific Northwest and its seriously the shiz.
